Cori DiDonato
Burlington, MA – Boston Lab Services, Inc. (BLS) announced that Cori DiDonato was named interim chief operating officer in early October.
Based in Burlington, BLS provides a full range of services to the life sciences industry from conceptual design and space planning to outsourced staffing solutions for day-to-day lab and facility operations.
DiDonato has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of operational and leadership roles. For the past eight years, as owner and CEO of Silver Tiger Consulting, she and her team have provided HR outsourcing, PR and marketing support, business operations consulting, and fractional COO services to numerous clients in the construction and construction services industries.

BLS was started in 2019. Under Co-founder and President Elden Lainez, the company has rapidly grown to over 80 employees as it continues to expand service offerings to area life science companies at all growth stages. “We provide the staffing, training, resources, and space planning to take a lab from concept to completion and then into the daily operations of the lab at every step of the R&D process,” said Justin Rusko, who heads up business development for the organization.
