Enrique Bellido
Boston – The Davis Companies (TDC) announced that Enrique Bellido has joined the firm as senior vice president of development. In addition to leading TDC’s development and construction team and being responsible for oversight of new development activities, he will oversee all development and repositioning initiatives for the company’s existing portfolio and play a leading role in overseeing the physical due diligence process for all new company acquisitions .
Bellido has more than 24 years of experience as an architect, a development manager and a member of institutional investment teams overseeing the design, development and construction of commercial properties in a diverse range of property types, including office, retail, assisted living, residential and industrial.
He spent nine years as the director of construction management for Long Wharf Real Estate Partners and its predecessor, the Fidelity Real Estate Group. Prior to that, Bellido held the position of development project manager at Congress Group Ventures and Northland Development Corporation.
