Woburn, MA – Tocci Building Companies has added Project Executive Raymond (Ray) Barker, to its mid-Atlantic team. He will be responsible for overseeing construction activity in the New Jersey market, with a primary focus on the Golden Triangle Apartments project in East Brunswick.
Barker has over 25 years of industry experience and will coordinate with Tocci’s headquarters in Woburn to implement the company’s BIM-enabled process on New Jersey projects. He also will manage the construction personnel and staff working on those projects.
Barker was with Tocci from 2002 to 2006 and has worked on a variety of projects ranging from high-rise luxury apartments, to assisted senior living centers.
Previously, he served as the executive vice president of construction for Ingerman Construction Company as well as for Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO)’s northeast region.
