Randolph, MA – Bald Hill Builders (BHB), in partnership with ICON Architecture and Hebrew Senior Life, announces the completion of The Simon C. Fireman Expansion project. This expansion adds 45 new apartments to the existing 160-unit senior campus located at 640 North Main Street in Randolph.

Beyond the apartments themselves, the expanded property features amenities aimed at fostering community engagement and wellness. Residents will have access to a new multi-purpose room, fitness center, art/game room, deck, library, reading nooks, lounge area, and two courtyards with scenic walking paths. These facilities are designed to cater to the diverse needs and interests of senior residents, and promote an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

Representatives of BHB say the completion of The Simon C. Fireman Expansion project not only marks a significant achievement in addressing the growing demand for affordable senior housing but also sets a new standard for quality, sustainability, and resilience in construction, adding that, by prioritizing energy efficiency and community well-being, the project serves as a model for future developments seeking to create inclusive and environmentally conscious living spaces.
