Providence, RI – A. Autiello Construction, Co. Inc. of Cranston has been awarded and begun work on a $1.8 million renovation for a Coastway Community Bank in Providence.
The 6,000sf renovations were designed by Saccoccio & Associates and involve a complete rebuilding of the existing structure.
The project includes reinforcing the existing structural steel; a new Italian stone veneer; energy efficient glazing and mechanical systems and improvements to the site décor.
The new branch will include customer retail services in addition to a training and meeting area. The branch will hold the only drive thru convinces in the downcity area.
Work expected to be completed in April 2011.
