ASM Announces New Board of Directors

Boston – On April 5, 2011 Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts elected a new
Board of Directors for the 2011 – 2013 term.

Boston – On April 5, 2011 Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts elected a new Board of Directors for the 2011 – 2013 term. David G. Cannistraro, Executive Vice President of J.C. Cannistraro, LLC will serve as Board President with Richard R. Fisher, Red Wing Construction, serving as President Elect. Elected as Vice Presidents were, Joseph H. Bodio of Lan-Tel Communications, Inc., Steven P. Kenney of N.B. Kenney Co. and Gregory A. Porfido of Mark Richey Woodworking & Design, Inc. Russell J. Anderson, Southeastern Metal Fabricators, Inc. will serve as Treasurer and Sara A. Stafford, Stafford Construction Services, Inc. and Scott H. Packard, Chapman Waterproofing, Co. will serve as Past Presidents. In addition, 19 other members sit on this new Board, including: George A. Allen, Sr., Steven T. Amanti, Clement P. Clare, R. Lindsay Drisko, Roger A. Fuller, William M. Gillespie, Wayne J. Griffin, Robert B. Hutchison, Dana E. Johnston, Jr., Michael S. Kosiver, William J. (Mac) Lynch, Susan Mailman, Erik S. Maseng, James B. Miller, Louis J. Sannella, Nancy H. Salter, Ann T. (Nancy) Shine, Frank J. Smith and Lee C. Sullivan. “This new Board of Directors represents a cross section of the industry committed to the success of the organization. They understand the value ASM membership brings to their businesses through education, legislation, information and communication,” said Monica Lawton, CEO of ASM. “Dave Cannistraro, who has already demonstrated his commitment to the organization, is a strong leader who will lead the Board in a positive direction during his two-year term.” The new Board of Directors was elected at the Biennial Dinner Gala held at Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts on April 5, 2011, and members will serve a two-year term.
