Groton, CT – Following brisk sales of Thames Edge Phase 1 homes, Fairview, Odd Fellows Home of Connecticut has directed Amenta Emma Architects to proceed with a second phase. Phase 2 of the project, known as Thames Edge, includes 17 additional homes of single, double, and quad configurations in nine buildings located along the new main entrance road and a spur road located immediately west of the existing Fairview buildings.

The Phase 2 homes, ranging from flats of 1,500sf to 3,800sf walkouts, are designed with enhancements such as wrap-around decks and corner glazing to maximize the view across the river and to the south all the way out to Long Island Sound.
