Boston – The Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC MA) recently announced the winners of its annual Building Women in Construction (BWiC) awards.
The awards feature the year’s most exemplary women in construction who demonstrate leadership, generosity, innovation and unwavering commitment to their career, colleagues, and the construction industry.
This year’s award recipients:

Samantha Webb, Assistant Project Manager, Commodore Builders

Michelle Wright, Project Engineer, W.T. Rich Company, Inc.
Young Achiever Award
Abigail Trainor, Wentworth Institute of Technology
This year’s awards ceremony is scheduled for March 9 and will be hosted by Luciana Burdi, director of capital programs and environmental affairs at Massachusetts Port Authority. BWiC will also be welcoming back special guest speaker, Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito to the event.
