Boston, MA – Several project team members from a large healthcare IPD project will share their experiences from the “Big Room” or “Colo” at a Lean Construction Institute event, April 30 in Boston.
Panelists will offer insights into what makes for an effective “Big Room” and expand the conversation beyond the physical space to include a “Big Room Mindset”. Those curious about the impact and challenges of co-location of the design, construction and client team are encouraged to attend.
In the spirit of the “Big Room” this will be an interactive presentation that will be improved by active participation in the discussion.
The event will take place at the Exchange Conference Center, 212 Northern Ave, Boston. Cocktails/Networking are offered from 5:00pm-6:00pm with the program 6:00pm-7:30pm followed by networking 7:30pm-8:00pm.
