Raymond, NH – Jewett Automotive Design & Construction, a division of Raymond, NH-based Jewett Construction Company, Inc., has contracted with Stoneham Ford to build a new service building for its dealership at 211 Main St., in Stoneham, MA.
The 6,200 sf renovation, designed by O’Sullivan Architects of Reading, MA, involves demolition of an existing structure housing the customer lounge and service write-up and rental areas, and the construction of a new building for their relocation as well as new, second floor offices and bathroom. The new building will incorporate both interior and exterior Ford Motor Company image upgrade finishes including ACM, corrugated metal panels, paint, millwork, ceilings and tile flooring. Both demolition and construction are scheduled to take place while the remainder of the existing service area remains operational.
This is the third project Jewett Automotive has undertaken for this client, having built a ground up, state-of-the-art Service Center for Watertown Ford in Waltham in the fall of 2011, as well as a new, 2500 sf showroom and sales area renovations to Ford of Londonderry in the spring of 2010.
