Jeffrey Winnick
Quincy, MA – The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 announced that the organization recently honored Jeffrey Winnick as the 2020 Friend of IREM of the Year. He was presented with the award during a virtual ceremony held in December.
Winnick manages client relations for Swerling Milton Winnick. He joined the SMW team in an official capacity more than 10 years ago and focuses on sales and marketing for the firm, which involves enlisting new clients, explaining the claims process, on-site organization, and ensuring every client is well cared for during the entire recovery and claims process.
“Jeff has always provided great reassurance and consideration to his clients, and it’s these same traits that make him such a great friend to our organization,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2021 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and principal and COO of the Peabody Companies.
