Windover to Lead Build-Design at Turner Hill Residences

Ipswich, MA – Windover Construction recently announced that they will be leading the new design-build direction for the residences at Turner Hill in Ipswich, Mass., an elegant, 300-acre golf community featuring a total of 120 single family homes, including Boston Magazine’s 2015 Design Home.

Windover Construction’s team of professionals brings to Turner Hill extensive experience in creating custom homes built with the highest attention to detail. Surrounded by the rolling hills of the highly acclaimed Turner Hill 18-hole championship golf course, the planned residences will form a core community set among century-old grounds, towering pines, formal gardens, rolling lawns, swan ponds, and the historic Turner Hill mansion. To ensure that each new residence complements the historic grandeur of the Elizabethan estate, Kao Design Group, a studio of green strategists, planners, and architects, brings its vast architectural design experience to the project.

Like all the residences at Turner Hill, the unit designated for the Boston Magazine’s 2015 Design Home features top-of-the-line appliances, exquisite millwork, and lush furnishings. Upon completion in September 2015, the Design Home opens its doors to the public for four weeks of house tours, with all proceeds benefiting Boston Children’s Hospital.

“Windover is honored to be a part of such an incredible project,” states Lee Dellicker, president and CEO of Windover Construction.”Turner Hill is one of the finest estate communities north of Boston, and coupled with our experience in building homes of distinction, we couldn’t ask for a better partnership. We are also pleased to be part of the Design Home project that benefits such a worthy cause.”
