Manchester, MA – Windover Construction recently announced following new employees: Peter Aubry, Manager of Employee Development; Matt Luedke, Project Manager; and Joel McCarthy, Project Executive.
Peter Aubry is a seasoned professional with a long career in counseling, leadership development, training, and team building, having spent the last 17 years as Trainer & Product Development Manager at Project Adventure. At Windover, Peter will be focused on employee development, training and communication, to assure that all team members have opportunity for personal growth. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Masters from UConn.
Matt Luedke joins Windover with notable experience as a Project Manager including his most recent employment with Shawmut Design and Construction, where he managed several major construction projects at Harvard University. At Windover, Matt will be responsible for material procurement, budgets, completing and reviewing all work with the project team and overseeing cost controls for projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Joel McCarthy has more than 15 years of construction experience, having been employed by Shawmut Design and Construction where he managed over $200 million of construction projects. As a commercial and institutional Project Executive for Windover, Joel oversees all aspects of the process including assigning and managing the project management team, formulating budgets, monitoring costs and working closely with clients, architects, consultants, government authorities and subcontractors to assure the end result exceeds the client’s expectations. Joel graduated cum laude from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Planning & Management and an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
