Windover Announces New Team Members

Beverly, MA – Windover Construction has announced the promotion of Tyler Virden to project executive and welcomes two new employees to the company: Laura Player, marketing manager; and Diego de Leon, assistant project manager.

Tyler Virden has extensive experience managing large and complex building projects from start to finish. In his most recent position, Tyler was a senior project manager with Windover, responsible for all aspects of institutional and commercial projects. As project executive, he leads the overall management and direction of assigned projects and clients. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and MBA from the National University in San Diego, Calif.

Laura Player

Laura Player is an experienced marketing strategist specializing in proposal management, branding, and corporate messaging. She was a marketing manager with Suffolk Construction leading the work acquisition and proposal process. At Windover, Player is responsible for promoting the company brand, overseeing the design and roll-out of marketing collateral, and managing Windover’s communications and public relations efforts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in English literature.

 

Diego de Leon

Diego de Leon

Diego de Leon is a seasoned construction professional and was most recently a project engineer for Consigli Construction Company. At Windover, de Leon oversees subcontractor management, provides support to the project management team, and works closely with the design team to ensure project deadlines are met. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in building materials and wood technology from the University of Massachusetts.
