C.E. Floyd adds Three

Bedford, MA – C.E. Floyd Company, a general contractor and construction manager with offices in Bedford, MA and Middletown, CT, has expanded its firm by adding three new employees this month. Frank Rose has been hired in Bedford as project superintendent, bringing over 25 years of construction management experience to the firm. Prior to joining C.E. Floyd Company, Rose was the owner of F.J.R Construction in Arlington, MA, where he managed projects at several institutions, including MIT, Harvard and the Music School in Brookline, MA.

Mark Kupiec  joins C.E. Floyd Company’s Middletown office as project superintendent. Having worked at firms such as Barr & Barr, Seaver Construction and most recently Cutler Associates, he has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining C.E. Floyd Company, Kupiec was involved in projects at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY, The William W. Backus Hospital in Norwich, CT and River Mead Senior Living in Peterborough, NH.

Brian Pulaski joins C.E. Floyd’s Middletown office as a project engineer. Prior to joining C.E. Floyd Company, Pulaski was an architectural engineer at Salamone & Associates, PC, in Hamden, CT.  A graduate of the University of Hartford, he holds a BS in Architectural Engineering Technology.
