Valley Transit District bus maintenance and storage facility
Derby, CT – Construction of the Valley Transit District (VTD) bus maintenance and storage facility in Derby was recently completed
O&G was the general contractor for the project that included improvements to the existing facility at 41 Main Street.
As a part of the project, a new 4,500sf addition and a 3,500sf wash bay for buses was constructed, enlarging the facility to 16,500sf.

Existing administrative, maintenance, and garage facilities were renovated-as-new.
Decarlo and Doll, Inc. of Meriden was the project architect for the Valley Transit District project that was turned over in the fall of 2018.
