Vision 3 Promotes Four

Providence, RI – Vision 3 Architects recently announced four promotions. Paul Hauser, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has been promoted to associate principal. Stephen Amoroso, Stephanie Paolino, and James Hughes all have been promoted to associate.

Hauser joins Keith Davignon, AIA, David Prengaman, AIA, NCARB, and Henry Cugno, IIDA as an invested owner in the firm. He began his career at Vision 3 in 2005 as an intern, joining the firm full time in 2006.

In his tenure at Vision 3, Hauser has played a significant role in a number of high-profile projects. He will be the senior project manager for a 18,000sf ground-up facility, located in the Pastore Complex in Cranston, R.I. that will house three primary departments: Bureau of Criminal Investigation Unit, Adult Diversion Unit, and Consumer Protection Offices.

Amoroso has been with Vision 3 for over 19 years and has experience with various project types. He has developed a specialized expertise in food-service design for education facilities. His recent projects include a major renovation/addition to the University of Rhode Island Butterfield Residence/Dining Hall, a renovation of the FM Global World Headquarters Conference Center, the Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket renovation/addition to its facility in Pawtucket, and he has worked closely with Massachusetts Institute of Technology on several renovation projects of varying types and sizes.

Paolino leads the healthcare team with her recently earned credentials of Evidence Based Design (EBD) Accreditation and certification by the National Center for Health Design. She is working on the recently awarded Thundermist Health Center facility renovation in Woonsocket and University Medicine’s new medical office building in East Providence.

 

 

 

 

 

James Hughes

James Hughes

Hughes  has over 17 years at Vision 3 and leads the Corporate Office Team. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he is responsible for the integration of energy conservation and sustainable design principles throughout the design process, and acts as an in-house code consultant. He has been working on BayCoast Bank branches throughout Massachusetts and is currently designing Providence Water’s new Central Operations facility.
