Vision 3 Promotes Paolino

Providence, RI – Stephanie Paolino AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has been promoted by Vision 3 Architects to Healthcare Team Leader adding to her current responsibilities as Senior Project Manager of the firm. Vision 3 Architects, an architectural and interior design firm located in Providence, Rhode Island, has dedicated team specialists in Healthcare, Corporate Office, Education, and Hospitality, offering creative design solutions to clients primarily in New England.

As Healthcare Team Leader, Stephanie is responsible for client maintenance and project management and is involved in all phases of projects from design, coordination of engineers and specialists, preparation of presentation drawings and construction documents, through construction administration. Stephanie has strong project and design leadership capabilities especially in primary care and health center design. She has proven abilities in the implementation of innovative care delivery models, such as the Patient Centered Medical Home. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Stephanie is responsible for the integration of energy conservation and sustainable design principles throughout the design and construction document process. She recently completed the Providence Community Health Centers Prairie Avenue Health Center which received LEED Silver certification. She is currently working on Thundermist Health Center in South County which recently began construction.

Stephanie is a graduate of Iowa State University and is a registered architect in the State of Rhode Island. She was a panelist for “Creating Health Stations for Primary Care and Prevention,” Environmental Design Research Association (EDRA) Healthy Rhode Island Environmental Design Summit Conference this year.
