Vantage Builders, Inc announced the promotion of Denise Regan and Mike Thayer to senior project manager.

Denise Regan has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Vantage Builders in April 2013, she was a director of construction at Peabody Properties and vice president of operations at R.M. Cochran Company. She has also held property management roles with ELV Associates, Spaulding & Slye Associates and Meredith & Grew. Denise holds a construction supervisor’s license and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, with a LEED Green Associate’s accreditation. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
Mike Thayer joined Vantage Builders in 2009. Prior to joining the firm he held project manager positions with the Torrey Company and Craffey & Company. During his 15 year career Mike has managed more than one million square feet of construction projects, working with such notable and diverse clients as Boston College, Boston Properties, Northrop Grumman, and Boston Beer Company. He earned a bachelor’s degree from New England College and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, having achieved the organization’s LEED AP (Accredited Professional) designation.
