Dale Valicenti
Boston – Real estate advisory and investment firm Senné announces the promotion of team member Dale Valicenti to executive director of the Structured Investments team.
As executive director, Valicenti leads the firm’s commercial real estate syndication and joint venture activities. The Structured Investments team is actively sourcing opportunities for long term cash flowing assets sources, capitalizes and manages commercial real estate assets. He is responsible for the acquisition, construction, and other financing assignments concerning all portions of the capital stack.
In the past, he served as a senior associate on the investments team at Senné.
