UPS Supply Solutions’ new facility

 Londonderry, NH – UPS Supply Solutions recently opened its new 614,240sf LEED-certified high bay logistics center at 52 Pettengill Road, near the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The facility provides storage, light assembly, and distribution services for Pratt & Whitney, one of the world’s leading aerospace manufacturers.

Situated on 45 acres off Raymond Wieczorek Drive, this steel and concrete panel building, developed by Prologis, covers more than 14 acres and encloses 22.2 million cubic feet of office and industrial space.

Within the fully landscaped site there are 400 employee parking spaces and storage capacity for 100 truck trailers. The facility is one of the largest single-story industrial buildings in New Hampshire.

TFMoran, Inc. of Bedford prepared the site plans and secured all state and local approvals for this major project within 60 days, including the 45-acre site itself and design of several thousand feet of new roadway and utilities to access the site. The facility was designed and constructed by the design-build firm of Dacon Corporation from Natick, Mass., working with Jay Steel of Amherst, N.H., and Continental Paving.

Prologis also constructed several thousand feet of new Pettengill Road.This major industrial roadway, long planned by the town of Londonderry, opens hundreds of acres of prime industrial land to new economic development and new jobs for the region.
