Washington – The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has received the 2022 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award for the second consecutive year.
Announced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the award recognizes ENERGY STAR partner businesses and organizations that demonstrate superior leadership, innovation, and commitment to environmental protection through energy efficiency. ULI received the award in recognition of the ways it partners with the real estate industry to accelerate progress toward decarbonization and net zero, including through ULI’s Greenprint Center for Building Performance, which is a network of more than 70 real estate owners and investors globally.

- More than 10 virtual events on sustainability topics, from energy benchmarking to Class B/C building efficiency, for national and local audiences alike
- Several targeted webinars to promote a complementary suite of existing tenant space efficiency solutions: ENERGY STAR Tenant Spaces, the ULI Tenant Energy Optimization Program, and Green Lease Leaders
