UG2 Awarded Integrated Facilities Management Contract with Cornell University at Cornell Tech

New York – Cornell Tech is the technology-focused campus of Cornell University located in New York City. It is the first campus ever built for the digital age, bringing together academia and industry to create pioneering leaders and informational new research, products, companies and social ventures. Cornell Tech is a research and graduate-level education institution, offering programs at the masters, doctoral and postdoctoral levels with extensive industry engagement. The first phase of the Roosevelt Island campus opened in September and features some of the most environmentally friendly and energy-efficient buildings in the world.

The scope of services UG2 will provide took effect in July 2017, services provided under the contract include: Plant Operations and Maintenance Management Services Program, Grounds and Landscaping Management Services Program, Custodial and Housekeeping Management Services Program, Campus LEED Management Services Program and Support Services Program,” noted Floyd Young, Senior Director of Facilities Operations for Cornell Tech.
