Stephanie Lafontaine
Boston – RMF Engineering, Inc, a full-service MEP engineering firm, announced the hiring of Stephanie Lafontaine, PE, LEED AP, and Conrad Hertz to the company’s Boston office.
As lead mechanical engineer, Lafontaine will be responsible for the overall technical excellence of the firm’s work in the New England market, which includes commercial, educational, district energy, and science and technology facilities. She brings more than 15 years of experience performing design and construction oversight on complex renovation and new construction projects.
Conrad Hertz
Hertz joins the company as a senior project manager and New England operations lead. He is adept at steering multi-disciplinary teams through challenging projects; his focus on project management and client relations have earned him the trust of many in the Boston AEC community. At RMF, he will work to maintain the high level of design that the company is known for and provide opportunities for growth by delivering superior services to address client needs and engineering challenges.
