Allison E. O’Neill
Weymouth, MA – Gale Associates, Inc., a consulting engineering and planning firm headquartered in Weymouth, announced that Allison E. O’Neill, P.E. and David V. Dinneen have joined the firm.
As a senior structural engineer with over 15 years of experience and excellent interpersonal skills, O’Neill brings strong leadership to Gale’s Structural Engineering Group. She specializes in the design of new and restoration of existing parking structures, as well as assisting Gale’s other technical disciplines and offices with their clients’ structural design needs.
O’Neil’s design approach focuses on clear communication, which has contributed to a diverse portfolio of successful projects. She performs forensic evaluations, engineering/analysis, design, and construction phase services for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects constructed with steel, timber, masonry, concrete, and other materials.
David V. Dinneen
Dinneen has joined Gale’s Airport Engineering and Planning Group as a business development professional. Dinneen brings a client’s perspective to the Gale team as his experience has given him an in-depth understanding of airports’ consulting needs, organizational objectives, and challenges.
Dinneen’s most recent position was airport manager of the Marshfield Municipal Airport – George Harlow Field in Marshfield, where he served for over 10 years.
