Hampton, NH – TFMoran and its Portsmouth division, MSC, provided civil/site and structural engineering, permitting, land surveying, and landscape architectural services for the construction of Cornerstone at Hampton , a new wood-framed assisted living facility for seniors located on Liberty Lane (N.H. Route 27) and N.H. Route 101.

The building includes a single-story 35,000sf Alzheimer’s wing and a three-story, 75,000sf assisted living wing, totaling approximately 107 resident units and 130 bedrooms. The Compass Memory Support Neighborhood will be for those residents with Alzheimer’s disease who need to live in a protective environment with a higher level of staff care. The balance of the residents will be healthcare residents who may require support with one or more activities of daily living. The common spaces include dining rooms, a library, exercise room, salon, and a home theater.
