Boston – Suffolk has hired Dennis Berger as its chief culture officer. He will oversee Suffolk’s People & Culture team and will be responsible for creating a best-in-class employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. He will serve on the executive committee and report directly to chairman and CEO John Fish.
Berger has more than 30 years of experience across all facets of human resources and people management.
He will work primarily from Suffolk headquarters in Boston but will have a significant presence in all the regions in which the firm operates.
Prior to joining Suffolk, Berger was a key partner in CDW Corporation’s transformational growth. In addition, he spent more than 12 years in the Pepsi system, most recently as head of U.S. human resources at PepsiAmericas, Inc.
He has a wealth of experience improving and aligning operational efficiencies with company cultures and employee engagement initiatives, and he has been instrumental in driving human resource transformations and successfully scaling innovative human resource initiatives in private and public global organizations.
