Acton, MA – The latest property to fall into Campanelli’s hands is Strawberry Hill Corporate Center, located at 289 Great Road in Acton. The 84,000sf property, purchased by Campanelli in partnership with Trigate Capital underwent a multimillion dollar face-lift this past summer.
The renovations, delivered by the Campanelli’s in-house construction arm, include a modernized front entrance and common areas, repaved parking lot, upgraded landscaping and exterior lighting, and an improved energy-management system.
Tenants of Strawberry Hill have access to a plethora of new on-site amenities, including a modern fitness center (located in a reimagined conference room), complementary Wi-Fi, plush seating and inviting common spaces, and a vending area provided by LeanBox.
The newly revitalized Strawberry Hill is the first property in Campanelli’s portfolio to feature a collaborative work space targeted towards entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers. WorkPlace, which occupies 4,000sf of the building’s 51,000 available rsf, includes 11 private, furnished offices. Tenants at WorkPlace have access to all the amenities of Strawberry Hill Corporate Center, in addition to their own shared conference room with online scheduling system, meeting areas, print and copy center, wired and wireless Internet service, phone service, on-site property management, and a kitchenette with a sink and full-size refrigerator.
WorkPlace features newly carpeted and painted suites, which come fully furnished with a desk, two chairs and a filing cabinet, allowing tenants to “plug-and-play” upon move-in.
