Stejskal Participates in CREW Panel Discussion

Megan Stejskal

Braintree, MA – Megan Stejskal, director of compliance at The Peabody Companies, participated in a recent virtual panel discussion on Affirmative Fair Housing compliance presented by the Boston chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Stejskal addressed the Affordable Fair Housing Marketing Plans and Tenant Selection Plans during the March 30 panel discussion at the CREW Housing and Community Development Committee virtual event. She was joined by Ilene Podgur Vogel, director of real estate with North Shore Community Development Coalition, and Karmen Cheung, senior developer for Pennrose, LLC.

“I was more than happy to participate in this discussion,” said Stejskal.  “Compliance with affirmative fair housing marketing requirements while still serving special populations is a highly important matter that property managers must be aware of and address in order to avoid unintentional issues.”
