Lynn, MA – The Procopio Companies (Procopio) announced that Soul City Yoga will open a new studio at Caldwell, a LEED Platinum-pending multifamily development located at 34 Munroe St.
The studio is the first retail tenant at Caldwell and will open its new 2,500sf location in November 2021. Soul City Yoga is a fitness studio with at two existing locations in the area. In addition to yoga, Soul City is also introducing a brand-new rowing studio at Caldwell, it will offer rowing classes in addition to its yoga flows.
Soul City Yoga will be using its new rowing studio to partner with local schools and form a youth rowing club. The studio will be partnering with William Goldenheim, founder of North Shore Maritime Center, to expand youth rowing in the city. The studio will also be holding rooftop yoga classes for Caldwell residents throughout the summer, with views of the city and beyond.
Caldwell offers an array of amenities and features for its residents. Additionally, because of the building materials and sustainability features, the building has a pending LEED-Platinum certification status.
