Bernadette Muncy
Boston – The Boston office of SmithGroup recently promoted Bernadette Muncy to principal. She is an architect with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, workplace and recreation.
Muncy is a founding member of the Owner Architect Engineer Contractor Peer Learning Lab, and is an advocate for lean methodologies and creating high performance teams.
She is a licensed and experienced Arbinger facilitator and has trained and supported more than half of SmithGroup’s Boston office staff. As a result, Muncy says, the Boston office has developed a deeply collaborative, results-driven culture based on the Arbinger Outward Mindset.
