Integra Addition
Devens, MA – Senate Construction Corporation of Shirley has completed the design/build of a 40,600sf addition for Integra Companies in Devens. The company remained operational and occupied the existing building throughout construction, making safety and efficiency paramount on this project.
In 2001, Senate built Integra’s existing 30,000sf corporate headquarters. Years later, Integra began to outgrow that facility and turned to Senate again to expand its building to accommodate for the exponential growth. The 40,600sf addition includes 20,600sf of office space and 20,000sf of warehouse. Both spaces are Butler buildings but this project is unique in that the warehouse was pre-engineered and the office space was built conventionally. Senate’s team worked tirelessly in preconstruction to ensure the two structures would integrate seamlessly.
