The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Everett’s interior hallway during renovations

Everett, MA – South Coast Improvement Company (SCI) has been contracted to perform extensive renovations to the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Everett, now under new ownership.
Upgrades include new wall and ceiling paint throughout the resident rooms and common areas. New handrail, doorknob, and other various hardware will be installed throughout the facility. Molding and bumper board, as well as wall tile and laminate flooring, will be replaced in shared resident bathrooms and various resident rooms. Other upgrades include gypsum installation throughout the facility, HVAC upgrades, plumbing and electrical repairs, and door replacements. The facility remains fully occupied during renovations, which will cost about a half million dollars. Expected completion date is spring 2017.
