Enfield, CT – Steffian Bradley Architects (SBA) recently announced the promotion of Samantha VanSchoick to Marketing Manager. VanSchoick has been with SBA for three years in her previous role as marketing coordinator. She has since spoken at multiple regional and national professional services marketing conferences and is a published social media columnist. VanSchoick sits on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services and is a member of Professional Women in Construction Connecticut.

 

Kristofer Kennedy, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has been promoted to Associate. Kennedy serves as SBA’s sustainability chair and leads the firm’s commitment to the energy reduction of SBA’s projects through the AIA 2030 Commitment. This fall, he will be presenting “IPD and The Evolution of Project Delivery Methods at a Complex Medical Campus,” at the 2016 Lean Construction Institute Congress in Chicago. Kennedy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of New Hampshire and a Masters of Architecture from UMass Amherst.

 

Diane Verdi Lukomski, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has been promoted to Associate. Verdi Lukomski has nine years’ experience working on a range of project types including academic and healthcare projects. She recently served as project manager for the 140,000 SF Hartford Healthcare Cancer Institute at the Hospital of Central Connecticut. Currently, she is serving as project manager on multiple projects for Baystate Health. Verdi Lukomski has a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Connecticut College and a Masters of Architecture from UMass Amherst.
