Cambridge, MA – Kleinfelder announced the acquisition of S E A Consultants Inc., a full-service engineering, architecture and planning firm headquartered in Cambridge.
Kleinfelder has been executing a strategic growth plan since 1992, and this acquisition is an investment in the future of the company. S E A brings new and expanded capabilities that will enable the company to provide more complete solutions for clients.
S E A employs more than 200 people in seven locations: Cambridge, Mass.; Framingham, Mass.; New Bedford, Mass.; Augusta, Me; Rocky Hill, Conn.; Manchester, N.H., and Tucson, Arizona. LLC acted as an advisor to SEA Consultants regarding the transaction.
