Krystal Rodriguez
Braintree, MA – The Peabody Companies announced that Krystal Rodriguez, director of portfolio operations, has earned her Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation through the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
The public sector property management certification is based on a selected set of competencies and awarded upon completion of an accredited CPM program.
Rodriguez joined The Peabody Companies in 2013. “Congratulations to Krystal for attaining this high level of achievement,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and COO of The Peabody Companies. “The CPM credential underscores her industry knowledge and commitment to excellence, and also provides a platform for new opportunities.”
