Residential Coordinator Earns Licensed Social Worker Designation

Braintree, Lowell, and Tewksbury, MA – Real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties had announced that Michelle Coppi, the Resident Service Coordinator at Rogers Hall apartments in Lowell, has achieved designation as a Licensed Social Worker.

Coppi, a resident of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, joined Peabody Properties, Inc. in April of 2017; previously she was the Lead Protective Services Worker with Minuteman Senior Services, a post she held for six years. As the Resident Service Coordinator at Rogers Hall Coppi works with area provider agencies to coordinate wellness, educational, cultural and other enrichment programs to enhance the overall quality of life for residents.

A graduate of Westfield State College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Coppi earned her master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. “As Resident Service Coordinator, Michelle is a link between management, residents and the community,” said Joan Lyman, Regional Resident Service Manager for Peabody Properties, Inc.  “Achieving her LSW credential allows her to better serve residents on a social, individual, and family level and positively impact the community.  We are so proud of her achievement.”
