This building will be the first LEED certified residence facility at UMBC. The additions will be connected to the west end of Patapsco Hall. Construction on the renovation portion of the project is expected to start in June, 2010.

Some of the project highlights include a new basketball court with tiered seating and the creation of a courtyard. The existing residence hall will be upgraded, including a new lobby and a new elevator and stair on the north corner of the east wing. Existing residence showers and toilet rooms in each wing will be renovated, including replacing the existing showers with new solid surface shower pans.
