Bedford, MA – Chapman Construction/Design recently completed a new office for InfraredX, a growing medical device company committed to advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease.
To expand their research and product development efforts, the company chose to relocate approximately 80 employees from Burlington to a new space in Bedford that nearly doubles their footprint.
Designed by Visnick & Caulfield and NV5 Engineers, the new office features a clean room, wet lab, and a research and development lab.
Chapman provided construction management services for both the preconstruction and construction phases, and Avison Young served as the owner’s representative.
The entire team worked collaboratively to create a functional space that improves the company’s workflow and will allow for the future growth of their team.
