Manchester, NH – North Branch Construction recently completed renovations to the NFI North, Inc. property at 573 Maple St. in Manchester.
The 4,322sf multi-room Victorian home and carriage house, previously serving as office space for a local law firm, underwent renovations to both the interior and exterior. The resulting renovation will provide eight bedrooms, a new kitchen, additional bathrooms, exterior repairs, and site improvements to exterior walkways, lighting, and parking lot for clients of NFI North, Inc.

NFI North, Inc., providing an array of services across Maine and New Hampshire, is a nonprofit organization providing specialized education, counseling, supported employment, care management, foster care, residential services, and other services helping people living with mental illness or behavioral disorders.
