Hunter Gomez
South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company recently welcomed Hunter Gomez and Erik Heikel to the firm. As project managers, Gomez and Heikel will be responsible for managing ReArch’s construction projects, working closely with the project superintendent, owner, design team, and subcontractors to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and in adherence with contract documents.
Gomez has over 10 years of project management experience in various construction leadership roles and has managed all aspects of large-scale capital construction projects from conception through project closeout. He is detail-oriented with a sharp eye for the nuances of construction fit and finishes and provides diligent oversight of project costs and schedules, according to representatives of the firm. He managed the first LEED Gold-Version 4 project in the State of Idaho.
Erik Heikel
Heikel has over 20 years of construction management experience in various industries, including senior/assisted living, multi-family/student housing, and hospitality. He began his career in the custom home/residential market, and has a strong background in architectural millwork and interior finishes. He has experience on large-scale projects such as Legoland Resort and Lake Placid Olympic Redevelopment.
