South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced that Evan Kelley and Stacey Bevins have joined its team.
Kelley joins the field team as a superintendent with nearly a decade of industry experience working in New England. In his previous position as a superintendent in Boston, he completed several projects over $15 million. His construction experience spans across many industries, and he brings with him a strong project portfolio in multi-family housing, historic renovation, and healthcare.
As a superintendent, Kelley leads the on-site construction team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully. He communicates and collaborates with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve client goals and meet project requirements. He is responsible for monitoring projects for their entire lifecycle, including managing the budget and schedule, and implementing quality, health, and safety standards onsite.
Bevins joins ReArch as the company’s director of marketing & communications. For over 20 years, she has worked to build brands from education to finance to construction. She has led all facets of integrated marketing and communications, including budgeting, planning, and strategy development.
Prior to joining ReArch, Bevins directed the marketing efforts for a construction management company. Under her leadership, the company underwent a rigorous rebranding transformation. She implemented a comprehensive marketing plan to expand the company’s reach in the northeast and collaborated with the business development team on strategies to secure construction projects ranging from $1 milion – $100 million.
Bevins is responsible for developing and overseeing all areas of the marketing department, including brand management, creative, media, advertising, social, events, and thought leadership. She ensures that messaging strategies align with the company’s brand identity and core values. She will focus on ReArch’s broader purpose, internally and externally, and on building relationships to strengthen and facilitate partnerships throughout the community.
“We are thrilled to have Evan join our team. Evan’s extensive experience and leadership will help ReArch continue to drive innovation and customer satisfaction, and we look forward to his contributions at his current project at the Putney School and many more to come,” said Ben Roll, vice president of construction.
“Stacey’s past proven experience in the construction industry will be valuable to our marketing team. We know that our ReArch core values of Improving Lives Through the Built Environment will be at the center of her approach to interacting with our clients, design professionals, and subcontractors. We could not be happier to have Stacey join our growing team,” said Chris Huston, vice president of preconstruction.
