Calvin Russell
South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced the arrival of two new employees, Calvin Russell and Ryan Ahern. Russell joins ReArch as a senior project manager and Ahern joins the firm as the director of field operations.
In his role, Russell is responsible for overseeing some of ReArch’s most technically challenging construction projects, and serves as a mentor to the project management staff. He has over a decade of construction project management experience with national and local construction management firms. Russell is familiar with all stages of construction including preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
Ryan Ahern
In his role, Ahern works closely with the VP of construction and the senior management team to oversee all aspects of ReArch’s construction field operations in Vermont, New Hampshire, and the surrounding area. His responsibilities include assigning and overseeing ReArch’s field staff, fostering a strong safety culture, conducting career development sessions, and providing tools to support and help grow people in their careers.
