Lillie Bleau
South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced it recently welcomed Lillie Bleau, SHRM-CP as its human resources manager.
In this position, Bleau works closely with ReArch’s hiring managers to attract, motivate and retain top talent. She spearheads recruitment, hiring, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing. She cultivates ReArch’s culture by supporting and engaging with employees, driving ReArch’s social mission, and continually working to enhance benefits to ensure that ReArch continues to be one of the “Best Places to Work in Vermont.”
She brings nearly 10 years of human resources management experience and an extensive background in office management.

Most recently, Bleau worked for a local nonprofit anti-poverty agency where she was responsible for company onboarding, recruiting systems, managing HR and payroll records, supporting bill processing, employee benefits, and administrative tasks related to staffing.
