Michael Biama
South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company recently welcomed Michael Biama to the team as the director of property management & leasing for ReArch Properties.
Biama is responsible for growing ReArch’s development and property management portfolio. He spearheads all business development efforts and works closely with the marketing department to grow the ReArch Properties brand.
Biama works in tandem with ReArch Company’s construction business development team, offering clients property management services post-construction. He manages all current contracts for ReArch Properties tenants and leases various development properties, including Technology Park in South Burlington.

Biama brings with him years of experience and relationships in the commercial real estate and the brokerage community. He started his commercial brokerage career at Marcus & Millichap in Miami, Fla. Most recently, he worked for Pomerleau Real Estate, where he was responsible for leasing efforts on its 1.5 million sq. ft. portfolio. He has experience with several commercial property types, including retail, office, industrial, and hospitality.
He serves as a board member for the UVM Medical Center Foundation and is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
