ReArch Promotes Two to Director

Holly LeClair

South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced Holly LeClair’s promotion to director of health, safety & risk management, and Heather Illick’s promotion to director of marketing & communications.

In her new role, LeClair reports directly to the CEO. She promotes and fosters the health and safety culture for ReArch, while also minimizing risk.

She focuses on maintaining, improving, and implementing the company’s health and safety standards and creating and implementing standard operating procedures. She is responsible for developing wellness initiatives for the office and field staff.

Heather Illick

In her new role, Illick is responsible for ReArch’s marketing and public relations efforts. She develops marketing policies and strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and core values.

She is responsible for website management, digital campaigns, newsletters, and media creation. Illick assists the business development department with proposal creation, developing marketing collateral, and manages ReArch’s customer relationship management software.

LeClair ensures ReArch complies with occupational health and safety guidelines and spearheads all training programs for employees and subcontractors to support their health and safety needs. She also maintains and manages all employee’s health and safety credentials.

LeClair began her career with ReArch only three weeks before the stay at home order was announced due to the pandemic. She was able to quickly adapt ReArch’s COVID-19 response efforts and put protocols in place to keep the office and staff safe. Representatives of the company say she has been a tremendous asset to the team with her positive attitude, proactive management approach, and willingness to wear multiple hats.

In her role, Illick assists the business development department with proposal creation, developing marketing collateral, and manages ReArch’s customer relationship management software. She attends industry events and builds relationships with media outlets to promote and maintain a positive company image, maximizing brand consistency in all advertising efforts.

During her time at ReArch, Illick has identified key growth opportunities, garnered strong brand recognition, name association, and made ReArch more visible to clients and the architectural, owners’ representative, and engineering community. She has substantially grown ReArch’s social media presence, overseen company award submissions, and developed internal media procedures. Illick has a strong focus on the promotion of sustainability as a core value for ReArch both internally and externally.
