Jordan Royer
South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced the promotion of Jordan Royer to marketing manager and Heather Fontaine to assistant project manager.
Royer joined ReArch as a marketing coordinator in 2021. Since that time, he designed and standardized all job site signage, and has been responsible for coordinating with field staff and event planning while developing lasting partnerships with area business owners. In his new role, Royer plays an integral part in developing ReArch’s multimedia, graphic design, and brand-building initiatives. He also works alongside the business development team on the production of proposal materials.
Heather Fontaine
Fontaine joined ReArch as a project engineer in November 2021. Since then, she has consistently leveraged her knowledge of MEP systems to help coordinate trades and identify issues early on. In her role, Fontaine is involved from preconstruction through project completion. She will manage documentation, including submittals and RFIs, and assist with developing and managing project budgets and schedules, working closely with project managers and superintendents to deliver an exceptional construction experience for every owner.
