ReArch Hires Two, Promotes One

Michael Biama

South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced the promotion of Michael Biama to vice president of development and property management. Additionally, Jack Kehoe and Tanner Bliss have joined the firm as facilities technicians.

In his role, Biama oversees all ReArch Properties staff and focuses on expanding ReArch’s development and property management portfolio. He spearheads business development efforts and works closely with the marketing department to grow the ReArch Properties brand.

Jack Kehoe

Kehoe and Bliss are responsible for working closely with tenants and property management clients to ensure the efficient operation of ReArch’s managed properties. Both work closely with ReArch’s facilities manager to provide staffing to support ReArch Properties managed facilities.

Biama teams up with ReArch’s construction business development team to provide pricing to clients on property management services post-construction. He manages contracts for current ReArch Properties tenants and handles the leasing of various development properties, including Technology Park in South Burlington.

Before joining ReArch Company, Kehoe worked with Global Foundries as part of his senior design project with the University of Vermont. He will receive his B.S. in mechanical engineering with a minor in applied mathematics from The University of Vermont later this year.

Tanner Bliss

Bliss graduated in June from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has worked for several years as a laborer for Chapin Orchards and as a sales associate at a Bottle Redemption Center in Essex.
