ReArch Company Welcomes Bresnahan

Leo Bresnahan

South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced the arrival of Leo Bresnahan as a superintendent.

In this role, Bresnahan will be responsible for ensuring the client’s goals, design team, project management team, vendors, and subcontractors are met while focusing on safety, budget, communication, quality control, schedule.

Bresnahan has over 24 years of experience as a superintendent and 36 years of experience in a range of commercial projects in the municipal, educational, and industrial sectors.

His first project with ReArch Company is currently underway at the Lebanon Coop Food Store in Lebanon, N.H.

Bresnahan attended the University of Vermont studying engineering and is a graduate of White Mountain Regional High School. He holds his 30 Hour Construction OSHA certification.

Several of Bresnahan’s notable projects include the Landmark College STEM Building, Joyce Hall Renovations at Champlain College, Stowe Ice Arena, Camp Kiniya Dining Hall, and Performing Arts Buildings, the net-zero energy ready Middlebury Pediatric Dentistry, and the Montshire Museum of Science Conte Addition.

He says he prides himself on having an excellent relationship with clients and coordinating activities on-site to create a productive sequence of work for all trades.
