ReArch Company Hires Two New Field Staff

Adam Farrar

South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced the arrival of two new field employees, Adam Farrar, and Tim Gordon.

Farrar joins ReArch as a superintendent with over 10 years of industry experience. He began his career in construction working on Class A high-rises in Boston, with project values over $100 million. Before joining ReArch, he worked on civil construction projects for the State of Vermont.

As a superintendent, Farrar leads the on-site construction team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully. He monitors projects’ entire lifecycle, including managing the budget and schedule and implementing site quality, health, and safety standards.

Tim Gordon

Gordon has over 20 years of industry experience and 12 years of military experience, having served in the United States Army, where he worked on tanks. His extensive equipment operations background is supplemented with experience in painting, sheet metal, concrete, and factory work.

As an equipment operator, Gordon operates construction, hauling, and maintenance equipment, including forklifts and core drills. He performs routine maintenance on equipment and is responsible for adhering to established safety protocols. He also prepares construction sites for building or demolition, including staging, temporary heat, weather protection, and office trailer set-up.
